International Food & Wine Pairing

Start your journey in France with Joseph Drouhin Chardonnay (white burgundy, actually). It's bright on fruit, aged in neutral oak with hints of peach and citrus. Paired with a scalloped crudo served on peach slices, topped with tabiko. 

Move along to Spain with a surprise Garnacha. Paired with a crab-stuffed mushroom designed so the earthiness of the food brings forward the fruit in the wine. 

Finish your foodie adventure with our favorite sweet wine, Dr. Loosen's Riesling. Wash down a delectable poached pear (poached in the riesling) with cinnamon ricotta and a honey whipped cream. 

We'll be serving our international small plates and tastings from 5 PM to 9 PM for $30. Come by for a food and wine adventure, passport not required.
